Qualifications
- Income: Household income must be at least 3 times the monthly rent
- Credit: Credit history will be reviewed
- Employment: Verifiable employment or source of income required
- Background Check: Required for all applicants over 18
- Rental History: Previous landlord references may be requested
- Application Fee: $75 fee is Required for each applicant over 18
- Occupancy: Subject to property guidelines and local regulations
- Pets: Subject to approval and may require additional fees
- HOA: Some properties may require additional HOA approval
